We talk about feelings, stories about money, stories about ourselves, self-compassion and some strategies.
Money and taxes bring up a lot of feelings! For many people, especially creative people who have been successful in their field (I'm guessing this is you!) ...it can feel stressful, confusing, surprising, triggering, anxiety-producing. Why is this so hard?
We explore these emotions, as well as how to change our stories and approaches so that we can feel better and get results! It is one of my favorite topics, and, haha, you can hear I get a little enthusiastic at times. My belief is that you can figure this out, you can grow your numbers!

You know when you meet someone, and you think, "This person just gets it. I hope we become friends." That's Heidi. She's a coach for Multi-Creative Professionals in California, with a huge focus on self-compassion. And I just know, she lives it and breathes it. What I love about this episode
We laugh a lot. We share real feelings. And, we talk about the true first step in getting better with numbers - positive feelings and context. I like that we explored stories, self-management, being reasonable, being nice to yourself, instead of nitty gritty tax details. (Which you can always learn more about when you feel empowered.) The goal is for you to feel inspired to embrace knowing your numbers. I think being the boss of your numbers is incredibly powerful!
